First adventure in sledding!

Menias really had a great time sledding! He was a bit hesitant at first, and was really upset that he had to wear gloves- he despises them for some reason. BUT, after he went down the first time and realized he was still alive, he wanted to go, go, go! We celebrated with a big YAY!!! at the end of the hill, so whenever Menias saw another kid sled down the hill he would stop whatever he was doing to give them a YAYYYY! He's such a team player ;) And of course, with a playground being around, we couldn't leave without some playground action. Menias is still getting a hang of the whole slide thing. Happy Winter!

Menias turns 1!

Happy birthday Menias! I can't believe it has already been a year! You may still be refusing to walk, but you sure are a big boy now! YOU MADE IT!! Here are some pictures of your big birthday party!

Easter Weekend

This was Menias' first Easter!! He missed it by a day last year! (Easter happened Sunday, he was born Monday). Here are some pictures of the big day with the Garcia family.

Deer Farm FUN!!

Menias, grandma, and mommy all went to the deer farm! Although daddy was against it, we didn't listen (of course) and went anyways. Daddy was afraid our son would be attacked by wild deer who wanted nothing more than to eat his fingers for french fries. Good news, we came home with 10 fingers, 10 toes, and lots of great picture!
